GEARING UP FOR SMALL BUSINESS WEEK
Small businesses, for our purposes - those with less than 25 employees - make up the majority of our membership. We devote a good percentage of our resources to the development and facilitation of small business services that assist these members in growing their prosperity. So, Small Business Week is big business for the Amherst Chamber of Commerce. The highlight is our Small Business Awards Luncheon and Showcase.
This year's event is scheduled for Friday, May 19th at Samuel's Grand Manor on Main Street in Clarence. The Showcase, which continues to grow, begins at 10:30AM, followed by lunch and recognition of some outstanding small businesses in our region. This celebration of small business is one of our most popular programs with attendance well over 300. Community and business leaders join their small business counterparts to learn more about the versatile offerings of our member firms. Many significant deals have been made and contracts signed as a result of the Showcase and the connections made during the day.
Tables for the Showcase are available for an Early Bird price of $225. We provide Industry Exclusivity so you don't have to worry about competing with multiple firms presenting the same product. But, reserve your space early - they go fast!! Additionally, we distribute over 500 complimentary tickets to the public so attendance is significant.
