Status Report
Every year, the Amherst Chamber of Commerce's Public Affairs Council develops and publishes a Legislative Agenda and distributes it at our Annual Luncheon in January. The Legislative Agenda outlines various issues on all levels of government that the Amherst Chamber feels is important to the business community. The agenda not only gives a background of the issue but also gives the Chamber's position on each.
In 2011, the Chamber began distributing a quarterly "Status Report" electronically to our members to give updates on the movement of some of the issues outlined in the Legislative Agenda.

- New York Power Authority & Energy
- Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs)
