Sharon Randaccio is President and CEO of Performance Management Partners Inc., a talent management company based in Upstate New York.  The firm helps clients make better people decisions to improve bottom-line performance.  Services provided include Succession Planning, Talent Assessments, Executive Coaching, Team Building, Career Transition, Executive Search and Employee Engagement Surveys.  Her clients represent all industry sectors on a national and global basis with significant experience in the financial services industry.

 

Randaccio has over 20 years of senior management experience at high performing regional retail and commercial banks.  She had major divisional responsibilities in Retail Banking, Strategic Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions, Accounting, Human Resources, and Sales and Marketing.  She had P&L responsibility for several businesses and significant turnaround experience.  She currently works with high performing companies in the realm of executive coaching, talent acquisition and succession planning.

 

Sharon served as a Director of First Niagara Bank, a $10 billion publicly traded company, where she also served as the Chair of the Compensation Committee, Chair of the Finance Committee and as a member of the Executive Committee.  She currently serves as a Director  for New Buffalo Shirt Factory, Inc. a printed apparel manufacturing company.  She is a Director of the Catholic Health System, the Buffalo Niagara Partnership, Zoological Society of Buffalo and is a member of the Dean's Advisory Council for the SUNY Buffalo School of Management.

 

Sharon is a Business First '40 under 40' award winner and a past recipient of the Distinguished Alumni Award from SUNY Buffalo.  She also received the 'Woman of Distinction' award from the Amherst Chamber of Commerce.

 

Sharon received her B.S., Accounting and MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo.  She graduated from the Program for Management Development at the Harvard Business School, where she serves as Class Secretary.  She currently teaches at the Harvard Business School of Buffalo and has been an instructor for the SUNY Buffalo MBA Program.
