Emerging Business Leaders Scheduling 2012 Program of Work

The Emerging Business Leaders Advisory Board has been working hard to put together a dynamic calendar of events for 2012.  While the EBL will be continuing its wildly successful Food For Thought program, monthly networking events and Annual Awards Gala in December, the EBL will be introducing some new events throughout the year as well.

New in 2012, the EBL will introduce a speaker series and participate in volunteer events within the community.  This is where the EBL now needs your help!  Members of the Events Task Force are looking for your input on what topics you would like to hear about from the speaker series.  Topics for the series can be from a wide range of ideas - anything from emotional intelligence to business development to networking skills to management development.  The Task Force is also looking for your recommendation on community projects to get involved in within the region.

The EBL's monthly networking events may be looking a little different in 2012 as well.  While there will still be the traditional mixers, look for the EBL to spice things up with speed networking, mystery networking and outdoor locations throughout the summer.  The EBL is also looking to partner with other local young professional groups.  If you belong to such a group and would be interested in co-hosting a networking event with the EBL, let us know!
