Buffalo, NY: February 7th, 2011: The 66th annual Buffalo Home and Garden Show is the oldest and largest event of its kind in Western New York. Thousands of people visit the show in its two weekend runs at the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center. Surprisingly with its size, the event has never had a coat check service before. That will all change this year, thanks to Urban Valet Dry Cleaners.

The company is volunteering throughout the entire six-day event to provide guests with a place to store their coats while they browse. In addition, Urban Valet has chosen Journey's End Refugee Services as the recipient of any tip money donated by guests. The coat check area will be inside the convention center to the left, just past the escalators. Signs will also be posted to direct traffic to this new area.

The amount of refugees settling in Western New York has climbed in recent years. Some reports show that over 30% of refugees who come to New York State end up settling in this area.
