Brian Parisi Copiers has found a new home, moving from Cheektowaga to Clarence.

Parisi, through its Parisi Property Management LLC affiliate, acquired the former Harden Furniture Co. building on Main Street in Clarence. Parisi Property Management LLC paid $602,000 for the 5,000-square-foot building that had been owned by DRG Property Management Inc., according to documents filed in the Erie County Clerk's office.

Parisi moved into the building over the weekend and has plans to expand the structure by another 2,500-square-feet.

The Harden Furniture building had been listed for about one month and attracted a lot of interest, said Vito Picone, broker for McGuire Development Co. Real Estate Services Group. Picone handled the sale.

"The listings's high volume was attributed to the superior quality of the building and the popular Main Street location in the Town of Clarence," Picone said.
