Toastmasters will award the prestigious Communication and Leadership Award on two recipients whose extraordinary efforts have positively impacted the local community through their leadership abilities and their use of communication skills. An awards luncheon in honor of Hunter's Hope co-founder, Jill Kelly and Erie County Executive, Chris Collins will be on Saturday November 7, 2009.

Niagara Falls Mayor, Paul Dyster will make a brief appearance at the awards luncheon to read a proclamation declaring it Toastmasters Week.
