Jan brings over 29 years of technical, consulting, operational and business development skills to ESC's business development team. Jan started her career at Computer Task Group (CTG), a $300 million technology consulting firm, spending 22 years there, last serving as Managing Director responsible for strategy and business development, for the Northeast region. Jan consulted on technology projects, turned around a failing branch, helped launch an E-business start up in Atlanta, and was responsible for implementing a new business strategy and growing profitable business throughout the Northeast region.
Jan is currently the Vice President of Business Development for Employer Services Corporation (ESC), a 5-time INC 500 winner. ESC acts as the outsourced human resources department for hundreds of small to mid-sized businesses, helping them achieve profitable growth by focusing on their people, their most valuable and expensive asset.
Jan graduated Magna Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo with an MBA in Marketing and a BS in Business Administration. Awards include Who's Who among Executive Women in 1990 and a two time recipient of CTG's Most Significant Contribution Award. Jan served as president of the Buffalo Niagara Sales and Marketing Executives, a group focused on improving networking, standards, and education for over 200 business owners, sales and marketing executives in the Western New York area and enjoys speaking to business owners about business and HR best practices.
Liz has served as Vice President of Human Resources for ESC's customers, their employees, and ESC's internal staff since January 1999. Prior to that she served as a Human Resources Consultant for ESC in a
similar capacity. Liz's background includes 12 years of Human Resources experience with Wegmans Food Markets, the No. 1 Company to work for in America. During her tenure, Liz served in various different HR roles including the Buffalo Division Diversity Coordinator and was recognized multiple times by the Mayor and County Executive for her personal commitment in support of community diversity initiatives. In 2009, Liz was nominated for BNHRA's (Buffalo Niagara Human Resources Association) WNY Senior Human Resources Professional of the Year. Liz graduated Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo where she majored in Business and Human Resources.
Liz brings over 26 years of human resources experience to the ESC Executive Team. Her role is to lead the HR Consulting, Benefits, and Payroll teams to provide support for ESC's customers most important
assets, their employees, through a four-component approach to managing human resources. This includes ESC's HR Prevention Management, HR University, On-Going Support, and Compliance Assurance systems. Liz's approach to Human Resources has proven to be an integral part of each of her customer's management teams in support of their objective to grow profitably.
