Important Notices:
- BlueCross BlueShield-
Effective January 1, 2011, BlueCross will no
longer be offering the HMO 102, HMO 104,
and HMO 206 plans. Subscribers currently enrolled in these plans will have
the option of either automatic enrollment in the new POS 250D plan or choice of
enrolling in any other Chamber medical plan (requires application).
- Independent Health-
Effective January 1, 2011, Independent Health
will no longer be offering the Independent option on their FlexFit Select
policies. Current members enrolled in
the FlexFit Select Independent will automatically be enrolled in the FlexFit
Select Active option if you chose to renew your enrollment with Independent
Health. Current subscribers also have
the choice of enrolling in any other Chamber medical plan (requires
application).
- Univera Healthcare- Effective January 1, 2011, Univera Healthcare will no longer be offering ActiveUnivera. Current subscribers have the choice of enrolling in one of the new valUcare plans or enrolling in any other Chamber medical plan.
