We empower young professionals living in Western New York. Emerging Business Leaders are upwardly mobile and mobile-savvy. We work to build our network while networking socially. Most importantly, we grow to lead, so we can lead the growth in this region.
Through skill development, community outreach and networking, group members build the competencies and connections necessary to stay in this area and thrive. Simply put, members of the Emerging Business Leaders get a return on their membership that pays dividends in professional advancement.

Re-Energizing Civic Engagement:
The Buffalo Niagara region has a history of strong civic leadership, dating back to the early 1900s. Unfortunately, over the last twenty years, we have experienced a significant population loss, predominantly in the under 40 year old demographic.
Currently, there is a void in the region as it relates to providing opportunity for the emerging generation of leaders to participate and drive civic engagement.
The Amherst Chamber of Commerce has launched Emerging Business Leaders to fill the void and develop and roll out programs and opportunities for interested and progressive young leaders to get engaged.
