For the past 25 years, Insty-Prints has been serving the Western New York community's printing needs. In November 1983, Richard and Joyce Delong opened their first print shop and haven't looked back since!

That was also the year they joined the Amherst Chamber of Commerce. The Delong's feel the most important thing is to be involved with organizations and to network with other business owners. Joining the Chamber was a natural fit to fulfill those critical needs.

The printing business provides many challenges and keeping up with the ever-changing technology has been something of great importance to the Delongs. By having the most up-to-date equipment, Insty-Prints is able to offer its customers the best product possible. The biggest challenge, though, occurred when the entire shop was destroyed during the 2006 October Storm. It was devastating, especially since they had moved into the newly renovated building just eight months before. It took 10 long months, but they finally re-built and moved back into the original shop on Union Road in Cheektowaga July 2007.

Insty-Prints is celebrating its 25^th year anniversary this year - a great accomplishment especially after surviving the loss of the shop.

The Delongs are extremely grateful to all their customers who continued to support them not only through their crisis, but for the entire time they have been in business.
