Miller Tennis Center Hosts Annual Pro-Net Event

The Miller Tennis Center served as this year’s backdrop for the Amherst Chamber of Commerce’s joint Professional Networking party. Recognized for their dynamic mix of industry exclusive business members, Pro-Net groups consist of Chamber members interested in networking and promoting themselves and their businesses. Each group meets twice a month at the Chamber offices with the mission of providing a forum for business members to expand the market base for their product or services. Pro-Net meetings provide members with the opportunity to make new contacts, trade leads and tips and market products or services in a friendly, non-competitive atmosphere.

A proven way to get the most out of your business membership, Pro-Net groups are open to members free of charge. Interested in joining a Pro-Net? It’s easy. Call our offices at 716.632.6905 or visit us online at www.amherst.org to fill out an application. Our staff will then review your application and place you in the appropriate Pro-Net group. Because these groups are industry inclusive, there may be a waiting list for specific industries. As soon as a spot opens up you will be placed.

Held annually, the Chamber’s joint Pro-Net party is a benefit that provides members of our four Pro-Net groups with the opportunity to interact with other groups in an effort to create new business relationships and build on existing ones. Dozens of Chamber members attended this year’s event, benefiting from an evening filled with business networking and relationship building in a unique Amherst setting.
