121 Executive Coaching Program  

Created by the Amherst Chamber of Commerce and Key Bank as a service to Chamber members, the 121 Executive Coaching program is designed to reach out and support business owners through professional mentoring to deliver insight, strategic tools, and the recognition of opportunities. 

Objectives

Through interaction with personal coach, we will help to:

• Build a solid foundation based on your own strengths and values. 
• Master the strategic business skills that you most need. 
• Design action plans that achieve both short and long term results. 

Eligibility

• Successfully been in business for a minimum of 2 years. 
• A completed Business Plan is required for admission.
• Completed Federal and State Tax returns for prior 2 years. 
• Member of the Amherst Chamber of Commerce. 

Commitment

The program will match applicant with a seasoned executive coach for 12 months.  They will meet one-on-one at least once a month to discuss problems that arise in the business and begin to strive for solutions to problems. 

In addition there will be bi-monthly meetings with keynote speakers who will bring insight, motivation and opportunity to network with others in the program. 

Process

The applicant will keep a journal for the entire 12 months so that at the conclusion of the year the progress will be documented. 

Acceptance

Upon receiving the application, an interview will be scheduled to determine if the applicant meets the criteria for the program. 

If accepted, an executive coach will be chosen for the applicant dependent upon the executive committee's assessment of the most pressing needs of the applicant.  The coach will have the expert skills needed to assist the entrepreneur to grow to the next level of success. 

Costs

The cost of the 12 month Executive Coaching Program is $ 500.00.  A non refundable fee of $ 25.00 is required with the application/registration.

Being accepted to our 121 Executive Coaching Program will provide an experienced coach that will address your individual needs and will guide you in proper planning and a clear understanding of how to achieve and implement all these essentials for sound business.
